Provide restorative therapy interventions and support individual and group exercise programs under the direction of a therapist. Document treatments in PointClickCare and collaborate with the healthcare team to implement personalized care plans.
Must be a graduate of an accredited Rehabilitation Therapy Aide Program or a foreign-trained PT/OT awaiting Canadian registration. Experience in long-term care and strong English communication skills are preferred.

As a Clinical Therapy Aide, you will work under the direction of a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to provide restorative therapy interventions to residents. You will play a key role in promoting resident independence, comfort, and quality of life by supporting therapeutic exercises and interventions. Education: Graduate of a Rehabilitation Therapy Aide Program from an accredited institution, or a foreign-trained Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist awaiting registration in Canada.
Experience in long-term care settings is preferred. Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and best practices in restorative care. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
