Operate and manage equipment for municipal water treatment facilities.
Monitor and optimize plant performance and respond to process abnormalities (e.g., turbidity, mono-chloramines, chlorine).
Troubleshoot complex issues.
Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
Perform calculations for volume, flow, velocity, chemical dosage, and consumption.
Provide technician guidance on assignments.
Collaborate with other departments.
Assist rural water treatment facilities via remote system monitoring
Valid Level III or Level IV Water Treatment certificate.
Valid Class 5 or G drivers license.
Minimum 3 years experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Strong mathematical skills for water treatment calculations.
