Applicants must be eligible CNO applicants accepted into the SPEP program. Candidates should have a passion for senior care and meet all CNO registration requirements except for evidence of practice or language proficiency.

Supervisors provide coaching and mentoring to program participants throughout the program and prepare you for your Ontario nursing career. What you bring: A genuine passion for both health care and senior care with an unrelenting curiosity to learn. Provide essential and important daily living support and comfort to patients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding and other activities as needed. Effective oral and written communication is important to provide quality care for our valued residents. IEN applicants are eligible if they have met all their registration requirements with the CNO except for evidence of practice and/or language proficiency.
