Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Position Summary

The Opportunity Blue Pine Clinic in Prince George is seeking a casual Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative and supportive team providing safe and inclusive care to patients of all ages. This is an excellent opportunity for an NP with experience or interest in opioid agonist therapy, mental health, and substance use to work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment. The successful candidate will be expected to attach patients in accordance with provincial guidelines and will be eligible for Provincial Attachment System incentives. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan. Deliver services with a focus on opioid agonist therapy, mental health, and substance use. Participate in patient attachment per provincial guidelines. Collaborate with a team of three Nurse Practitioners, two Family Physicians, and Patient Care Assistants. Utilize Electronic Medical Records and contribute to continuity of care. Engage in team-based care and contribute to a culture of safety, inclusivity, and respect. Qualifications & Skills Eligible for registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a Nurse Practitioner. Experience or strong interest in mental health, substance use, and opioid agonist therapy. Commitment to providing inclusive, trauma-informed care. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Salary Range

• New Graduate NP - $149,382 1 Year Experience - $156,851 2 Years Experience - $164,320 Incentives & Support Competitive compensation and benefits. • Completion of BCCNM approved Master’s degree level nurse practitioner program.
• Eligible for registration as a Nurse Practitioner with British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
