The Scheduling Clerk maintains Direct Service Staff schedules by entering data into the Home Care scheduling system. They are responsible for assigning shifts and communicating with staff, clients, and other healthcare personnel.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, formal office skills training, and 2-3 years of administrative experience including scheduling. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a keyboarding speed of 45 wpm are required.

Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Completion of a high school or equivalent program of studies. Formal training in applied office skills required. Medical Terminology preferred.
