The Scheduling Clerk assists in maintaining Direct Service Staff schedules by entering data into the Home Care scheduling system. They are responsible for assigning shifts and communicating with staff, clients, and other healthcare personnel.
Requires a high school diploma, formal training in office skills, and 2 to 3 years of administrative experience including at least 6 months of scheduling. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a keyboarding speed of 45 wpm are mandatory.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Completion of a high school or equivalent program of studies. Formal training in applied office skills required. Medical Terminology preferred.
