The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the total care needs of patients, residents, and clients. They must coordinate with facility departments, families, and professionals to ensure high-quality care and effective communication.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse (RN) capable of maintaining professional competence through continuous education. The role requires the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adhere to high ethical standards of care.
