The student will support the Family Intervention Team by collaborating with service teams to assess family functioning and caregiver-child relationships. Responsibilities include providing in-home support, contributing to formal written assessments, and assisting in the delivery of the Circle of Security Parenting Program.
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Child & Youth Worker Diploma or a related human services degree. A valid driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and the ability to work evenings and occasional weekends are required.

To support us on our journey, YRCAS is looking for a Family Intervention Team Placement Student to support our Child, Youth and Family Wellbeing Department.
Why Complete Your Student Placement With Us?
Reporting to the Child Youth and Family Wellbeing Student Mentor, the Family Intervention Team Placement Student will work on the Family Intervention Team within the Child Youth and Family Wellbeing Department. The Family Intervention Team Placement Student may be asked to perform any of the following responsibilities with the support and guidance of their student mentor:
Up to 33.75 hours per week. Some flexibility is supported to meet the needs of the Placement Student’s Educational Requirements.
