The RPN establishes therapeutic relationships with patients and families to assess health needs and plan care. They are responsible for implementing and evaluating patient care within a rehabilitation and reactivation setting.
Candidates must be a Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the CNO and hold a current BLS certification. Proficiency in acute medical nursing, IV administration, and basic computer skills is required.

The successful candidate must be available to work all tours applicable to the department in accordance with the availability and non-availability requirements outlined in the OPSEU Service Collective Agreement. In addition, this position must be flexible to occasional changes in hours when required to meet the operational needs of the department.
