The Psychotherapist provides individual and group psychotherapy to clients with complex needs, including homelessness and addictions. Key duties include conducting intakes, facilitating DBT groups, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
Requires a graduate degree in Psychotherapy or Counselling Psychology and membership in a regulated health profession, preferably the CRPO. Candidates must have demonstrated experience in screening, assessment, and treating concurrent disorders and trauma.
Position Description The Psychotherapist works as part of a multi-disciplinary team with a set of responsibilities that include supporting service users with intakes for Program and Hub services. The Psychotherapist assists the Director of Clinical Programs and Services with the delivery of the Psychotherapy program within the Downtown East HART Hub, providing individual and group psychotherapy.
