Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient- centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. Pensionable Salary Enhancement - Nurses in eligible classifications may be eligible to earn an additional $5.95/hour when working full-time hours within a prescribed six-month reporting period. (Effective April 1, 2025 – March 31st 2027.)
Under the general supervision of the Manager Health Services, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing professional practical nursing services to designated patients, including independent nursing services, administration of prescribed medical treatments, collaboration and interaction within the healthcare team and participation in the coordination of patient care and discharge. Demonstrates a commitment to the vision, values, goals, and objectives of the region/facility/unit.
*Successful Completion of Critical Care Rhythms Course is a prerequisite. Applicants that have taken an alternate rhythm course will be required to successfully complete a validation test.
CCNOP is a full-time program. Trainees are required to participate on a full-time basis for the duration of the program.
