The Community Outreach Worker assists individuals and families at risk of eviction by finding rental housing and liaising with landlords. They provide short-term support to promote successful tenancies and connect clients to local community resources.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of community outreach experience, a valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle. Knowledge of Indigenous culture and commitment to diversity, equity, and harm reduction principles are required.

Client services include liaising with landlords, including social housing, support in acquiring ID, accessing income supports such as EIA, and finding rental housing. The Community Outreach Worker provides short-term ongoing support to promote successful tenancies and individual well-being.
