Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes during evening shifts to promote health outcomes and independence. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families while ensuring safety and comfort in the home setting.
Must be a registered RPN or LPN in good standing with a valid CPR certification and a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening are required.
Education Graduate from an accredited/recognized School of Nursing (evidence required) Current RPN or LPN registration (in good standing) with the applicable provincial licensing body Valid CPR certification
Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle Minimum of 2 years nursing experience (community nursing experience would be an asset) Excellent assessment, documentation, written and communication skills Candidates who have been offered a position are required to provide: A clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening, Proof of being free from TB Two supervisory references Bayshore is committed to a high quality and safe environment for both our staff and clients/patients.
