The Outreach Worker provides support and recovery services to clients through relationship-building and advocacy. They help clients connect with external resources and build skills to achieve their goals in a culturally appropriate manner.
Requires a minimum of 2 years of community outreach experience and a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of Indigenous culture, harm reduction, and trauma-informed principles.

Functioning as part of the coordinated service delivery team, the Outreach Worker works proactively with new and existing clients, offering a range of support and recovery services, within an existing service plan and on an as-needed basis. The Outreach Worker is a relationship-builder and advocate and provides services in a non-judgmental and culturally appropriate manner, helping clients to connect with external resources, build new skills and achieve their goals.
EducationMust have a Valid Drivers’ License and access to a reliable vehicle.
