Deliver and monitor specialized infusion, injectable, or oral pharmacological treatments in home and clinic settings. Responsible for patient health assessments, IV access initiation, and documenting adverse events per pharmacovigilance requirements.
Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), current provincial registration, and BLS certification. Experience in acute care, critical care, or oncology with strong peripheral IV skills is preferred.
