Develop and supervise behavior plans for clients while conducting functional behavior assessments and analyses. Lead interdisciplinary teams and provide ongoing training and coaching to RBTW and support staff.
Requires a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field and BCBA credentialing. Must have at least two years of experience with youth and adults with Dual Diagnosis and severe problem behavior.
