The LPN will conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop customized care plans for patients in their homes. Key duties include administering infusion therapy, managing wound care, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Candidates must be a Registered Licensed Practical Nurse with the BCCNM in good standing and possess a valid driver's license and vehicle. A minimum of 2 years of acute care experience is preferred, along with valid CPR certification and a clear criminal record check.
