The nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within a home nursing setting. They must integrate quality improvement principles and lean methodology to provide safe, patient-centered nursing care.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a Psychiatric Nursing diploma and be registered with the CRNS or CRPNS. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate and a valid Criminal Record Check are also required.
