The Social Worker provides psychosocial assessments, counseling, and short-term therapy to diverse client groups in community settings. They are responsible for crisis intervention, long-term care planning, and coordinating care delivery with multidisciplinary teams.
Candidates must hold a Master of Social Work degree and be registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in a community setting, is required.
