Provide short-term support, assessment, and crisis intervention for youth and families to build resiliency and improve family functioning. This includes supporting youth in the justice system and providing psycho-educational guidance to parents.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in human/social services and at least one year of related experience. Must possess a valid BC Class 5 driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and current First Aid certification.

The Opportunity We are currently looking for self-directed, engaging, empathetic Youth and Family Support Worker to support our Youth and Family Programs. Reporting to the Youth and Family Coordinator, this position will provide support services to clients through assessing, educating, networking and engaging clients in activities that build strength, confidence and resiliency. This position will also include supporting Youth engaged in the justice system and other duties as required including parent teen mediation.
CSSEA Wage Grid 12: $29.17 – 33.49 hourly HOURS OF WORK: 37.5 hrs per week VACATION: As per collective agreement LOCATION: 6275B 203 Street, Langley, BC
