Provide overnight nursing care to pediatric patients within their homes to ensure comfort and stability. Responsibilities include assessing individualized needs, executing care plans, and maintaining professional patient records.
Must be a Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the CNO, possess a valid driver's license and vehicle, and have mandatory experience in pediatric care. Clinical skills in gastric feeding, tracheostomy, and ventilation care are strongly preferred.
This is a replacement position. In this shift nursing role, as a Pediatric Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) you will have scheduled shifts to care for patients in the comfort of their homes. You will work with patients within pediatric ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible. This is a Casual Overnight role from 11pm to 7am.
