Provide overnight nursing care to pediatric patients within their homes to ensure comfort and safety. Responsibilities include assessing individualized needs, executing care plans, and maintaining professional patient records.
Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing with the CNO, possess a valid driver's license and vehicle, and have mandatory experience in pediatric care. Reliability and willingness to travel to patient residences are required.
This is a replacement position. In this shift nursing role, as a Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) you will have scheduled shifts to care for patients in the comfort of their homes. You will work with patients within pediatric ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible. This is a Casual overnight shift, a minimum of 4 shifts per month, including one weekend. 10pm-6am OR 11pm-7am shifts.
