Provide comprehensive wound assessments, ostomy care, and continence management for clients in homes or clinics. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create personalized care plans and mentor other healthcare providers.
Must be a licensed Registered Nurse with specialized certification in Wound, Ostomy & Continence (NSWOCC, IIWCC, or APN with formal education). Three years of experience in community or acute care focusing on wound care is preferred.

Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the province of practice Completion of Nurses Specialized in Wound, Ostomy & Continence Canada (NSWOCC) WOC-EP program, or; International Interprofessional Wound Care Course (IIWCC), or; Master's prepared Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) with formal skin and wound care education Three years of experience in the community or acute care setting focusing on wound care is preferred Experience in community and home care is preferred Ability to observe and make effective assessments of clinical issues Ability to initiate and support health teaching Strong written and verbal communication skills that allow for effective engagement with clients, staff, and the public About Us: VON is a leading healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our clients.
