Provide social work services within the SAD framework in the Escoumins and Forestville sectors. Perform assessments and manage direct allowance requests for elderly and DI-DP clients.
Requires a minimum of 2 years of SAD experience, mastery of the SyMo tool, and completed OCCI training. A valid driver's license and vehicle are mandatory.
