Job Description

Under the direction of the Manager of Nursing, the RN will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care on Medicine 6100 (Oncology/Hematology/BMT).

  • Previous Oncology/Hematology/BMT clinical experience is an asset
  • Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
  • SHR Certification in Chemo & caring for BMT patients is an asset.
  • Knowlege of principles related to the care of patients on Medicine.
  • Provincial posting open to SUN members – SUN/SAHO CBA Articles 27.02 and 27.05
  • Canadian Oncology Nursing certification is an asset.
  • Ongoing willingness to pursue development pertinient to the clinical area.
