Design and deliver community-based programs to enhance the quality of life and social inclusion for individuals with developmental disabilities. Provide comprehensive daily living support, including personal care, hygiene, and life skills training.
A degree or diploma in Human Services or related field experience is preferred, along with knowledge of person-centered planning. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and First Aid/CPR certification.

We're looking for two (2) passionate and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Community Participation team!
As a DSP, you’ll design and deliver meaningful community programming, support individuals in their daily lives, and foster a positive sense of well-being. Working in diverse settings—from community centers to outdoor parks—you’ll contribute to empowering individuals by building life skills and social connections.
Develop and facilitate community-based programs such as personal development, basic life skills training, social and recreational activities, volunteering and other activities that lead to community participation Participate in assessment, goal setting, and program planning for the individual Provide support in all aspects of daily living as required including but not limited to personal care, hygiene, domestic skills, education, money management, use of community businesses and resources, recreation, medical, medications and safety Collaborate with team members, families, and community partners. Maintain accurate documentation and efficiently manage a caseload.
Human Services Degree or Diploma preferred (e.g., DSW, SSW, CYW) or related field experience. Knowledge of person-centered planning, behavioral interventions, and community integration. Strong communication skills, task analysis, and program development experience. Valid First Aid/CPR, driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurable.
