Conduct root-cause assessments and design individualized treatment plans incorporating GLP-1 agonists and lifestyle interventions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health coaches and doctors to monitor patient progress using advanced biomarkers.
Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner with 1-2 years of experience in integrative, functional, or metabolic health settings. Knowledge of functional lab testing and a passion for transformational care are preferred.
