In Ontario, advanced-practice roles are often competitive because employers look for licensure, professional membership, and experience with complex, community-based care. For this posting, the combination of Extended Class registration, NP association membership, and experience with marginalized populations, HIV care, and gender-affirming health needs is especially important.
