The Home Care Nurse provides professional nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, rehabilitative, and emotional needs of clients. They are responsible for nursing assessment and delivery for clients under the direction of the Community Care Manager.
Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or an acceptable nursing diploma. They must also be registered or eligible with the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of SK and the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan.
