Deliver comprehensive personal care and homemaking services to clients to ensure their comfort, safety, and overall well-being. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, documenting client conditions, and providing companionship.
Candidates must complete a formal, accredited Registered Health Care Aide training program and possess strong caregiving and customer service skills. Physical ability to lift 23 kgs and a clear Criminal background check with Vulnerable Sector Check are required.
Completion of formal, accredited caregiver training program (Registered HCA program). Strong knowledge of the principles of caregiving as well as well as customer service. Able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English; French proficiency will be deemed an asset Provide high-quality care services to clients with current knowledge of practices for community care Physically assist clients with movement and/or repositioning; able to lift 23 kgs., squat, bend, stand and reach Reliable mode of transportation; driver's license and automobile considered as an asset Able to produce a clear Criminal background check with Vulnerable Sector Check At Bayshore Healthcare, we are committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation practices.
