Provide executive administrative support to Medical and Technical Laboratory Directors, including coordinating schedules, preparing meeting materials, and managing correspondence. Maintain databases, perform payroll functions, and monitor position control information across multiple sites.
Requires a high school diploma, formal training in applied office skills, and three years of directly related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a typing speed of 65 wpm are mandatory.

Position Overview The administrative assistant proactively provides executive administration support to the Medical and Technical Laboratory Directors within each of the Provincial Discipline teams by producing timely correspondence, coordinating meetings and schedules. Organizes meeting material and preparing agendas/minutes and follow up on action items.
