Working collaboratively with a team focused on access to care, their services aim to prevent illness and promote health. The clinical nurse works closely with family physicians and other professionals to ensure coordinated follow-up of patients. Assess physical and mental health conditions and determine urgency

Clinically monitor patients presenting risk factors

Initiate and perform diagnostic and therapeutic measures

Provide healthcare related to contraception and STIs

Apply collective prescriptions

Carry out and adjust medical treatments

Coordinate referrals to other resources

Promote health and educate patients

Qualifications: You have

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

Member of the OIIQ with the title of Nurse Clinician

Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience

Excellent written and spoken French with functional spoken English

Basic computer skills required (Windows and G Suite)

Strong communication skills

Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities effectively, and execute tasks efficiently

Strong clinical judgment (critical and analytical thinking)

Attention to detail

Initiative and resourcefulness
