About the Opportunity Access Dental is seeking a patient‑focused Associate Dentist to join a busy, well‑established practice in Grande Prairie. Dr. Bardia provides excellent mentorship and has a specialty focus, offering exposure to advanced procedures in a collaborative, supportive setting. The practice serves a large patient base and is known for its strong team culture, wide range of offered services, and comprehensive technology. Schedule Needing Coverage: 4 days/week Monday: 8am – 5pm Tuesday: 8am – 6pm Thursday: 8am – 6pm Friday: 8am – 3pm Chair access: 2 dedicated DDS chairs Full RDA support provided Required Clinical Skills Bread‑and‑butter dentistry Basic endodontics Basic oral surgery Ideal Additional Skills Comfortable with children Strong patient rapport Sedation Options The practice offers: Nitrous sedation Oral sedation IV sedation This creates opportunities for exposure to advanced cases and broad clinical development.
