The Physical Therapist evaluates patient clinical needs, develops and implements care plans, and coordinates with interdisciplinary teams. They are responsible for documenting skilled care, supervising home health aides, and managing patient discharges.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution and possess a current Massachusetts PT license. One year of clinical experience and CPR certification are required.
Bachelor of Science Degree or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by the Counsel on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and by the American Physical Therapy Association. Current PT license in Mass. with one (1) year clinical experience and CPR certification required. Computer skills preferred.
