The Nurse Practitioner will independently conduct patient consultations, order diagnostic imaging, and develop treatment plans for vascular conditions. They will work closely with vascular surgeons to coordinate care, provide follow-up, and educate patients on disease management.
Candidates must be a Nurse Practitioner in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario with at least two years of clinical experience. Proficiency in EMR systems and a valid driver's license for regional travel are required.
Primary sites: Oakville, Burlington, and Stoney Creek, Ontario
Additional travel: Other clinic locations as required
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing vascular team. The successful candidate will practice autonomously within their legislated scope, independently assessing patients in consultation, ordering and interpreting appropriate diagnostic imaging, and developing and implementing treatment plans for vascular conditions.
Working in close collaboration with our Vascular Surgeons and interdisciplinary clinical teams, the NP will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred vascular care across the continuum — from initial consultation through treatment planning and follow-up.
