The Licensed Practical Nurse delivers resident-focused care, including assessing health needs, administering medications, and performing clinical procedures. They also supervise healthcare aides and ensure the unit is adequately stocked with necessary supplies.
Candidates must hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse license and be in good standing with the CLPNA, along with valid CPR/BCLS certification. A clear police information check with a vulnerable sector search is required, and experience in gerontology is preferred.
