The Speech Language Pathologist will perform swallowing assessments and communication interventions in a home-based setting. They will work within an interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized, restorative care using digital health platforms.
Candidates must be registered members in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario. A valid driver's license and vehicle insurance are required to facilitate travel to patient homes.
