The Speech Language Pathologist will perform swallowing assessments, dysphagia management, and communication interventions in a home-based setting. They will work within an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, restorative care using digital health platforms.
Candidates must be registered in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario. A valid driver's license and vehicle insurance are required to support the home-based nature of the role.
