The physiotherapist will provide hands-on, community-based care to help patients rebuild strength and function after hospitalization. They will collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to deliver effective care that reduces readmissions and supports independent living.
Candidates must be registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and car insurance are required for community travel.
