Compensation: $55–$60/hour What You’ll Be Doing Deliver a full range of hygiene services including scaling, root planing, polishing, and fluoride application Assess patients and develop personalized care approaches aligned with clinical protocols Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and long-term care strategies Create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient—focused on trust and attention to detail Build strong patient relationships through clear communication and genuine care Work closely with the clinical team to support seamless, high-quality patient care What You Bring Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree Registered and in good standing with the CDHO Valid malpractice/liability insurance (CDHA or
ODHA)
IPAC certification
You’re also someone who: Communicates clearly, confidently, and professionally with patients Is highly organized and comfortable managing a busy schedule Brings a calm, patient-first approach to every interaction Works well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Is comfortable with dental software and digital workflows
