The Physical Therapist evaluates patients, develops and implements treatment plans, and provides diagnostic testing to determine functional impairment. They also provide clinical guidance to staff, maintain departmental standards, and ensure high-quality patient care through effective communication and documentation.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and possess a valid license to practice in Massachusetts. Current BLS certification is required, and Clinical Specialist applicants must provide documentation of their specialty certification.
