The Medication Care Partner is responsible for administering medication and providing compassionate, high-quality care to support residents' health and well-being. They also monitor resident vitals, assist with activities of daily living, and contribute to a positive home environment.
Candidates must hold a Personal Support Worker or Personal Care Worker certification, or be willing to complete a recognized course within three months. Additionally, a Medication Administration certification, First Aid, CPR, and a successful Vulnerable Sector/Criminal Record check are required.
