Working in communities across Ontario, our Community Rehabilitation Services team treats clients who’ve experienced mental stress injuries, focusing on a return to pre-accident function.
In our Traumatic Psychological Injury program, Occupational Therapists work with clients such as first responders who’ve experienced trauma in the workplace.
They have the opportunity to conduct in-vivo exposure therapy and behavioural activation, and facilitate trauma processing, coping and return to function.
Our innovative approach to evidence-based care incorporates novel interventions like virtual reality to promote industry-leading mental health outcomes.
