The Health Care Aide provides direct resident care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance, while collaborating with the nursing team. They are responsible for observing resident status changes and contributing to the development of individual nursing care plans.
Candidates must hold a Health Care Aide certificate or equivalent with at least 500 hours of theory and practicum. Strong communication skills and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting and transferring residents are required.
