Physician Assistants (PAs) practice medicine under the supervision of a physician, collecting and interpreting medical information, making clinical decisions, and performing diagnostic and therapeutic interventions. They work within a formalized relationship agreement approved by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS).
Candidates must have completed an accredited PA degree program and be eligible for registration with the CPSS. Clinical experience as a PA is an asset, along with certifications such as ACLS, ATLS, and PALS.
