The therapist will provide direct service through individual and group work, focusing on treatment planning and clinical case coordination for individuals dealing with complex mental health and/or addictions issues. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing psychotherapy using evidence-informed practices, and collaborating closely with physicians and the clinical team to monitor patient progress.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a recognized Social Science program with addiction-specific education and must be a member in good standing with the relevant Ontario regulatory college or pursuing registration as a Registered Psychotherapist. Required competencies include proficiency in CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based approaches for mental health and substance use disorders, alongside strong communication and team facilitation skills.

As a Therapist, Mental Health & Addiction in our Integrated Mood & Anxiety and Addictions Concurrent Program, you will be an integral part of a collaborative, inter-disciplinary team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers. You'll provide a combination of treatment planning, clinical case coordination and direct service through both individual and group work for individuals struggling with complex mental health and/or addictions. Hours of work: Master schedule with evenings and weekends per schedule
