The Guest Attendant is responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living in a safe and caring manner as a member of the nursing team. They must support and encourage residents to build self-esteem, promote independence, and protect their rights to autonomy and dignity.
Candidates must love seniors, enjoy creating care relationships based on trust and respect, and possess a genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience with a desire to learn. A passion for people, love, and respect are essential requirements.
