The Personal Support Worker will provide direct assistance to residents with activities of daily living, including eating, dressing, and hygiene, while building deep relationships with residents and their families. This role involves offering support options and participating in programs to enrich the residents' daily health and well-being within a fast-paced Long Term Care team.
Candidates must have completed a Personal Support Worker program from an approved institution and possess the necessary skills for administering simple treatments and providing bedside care with attention to detail. Applicants must also be legally eligible to work in Canada and pass a Vulnerable Sector Check, demonstrating compassion and diplomacy when interacting with seniors and their families.
