The Personal Support Worker will provide respectful, person-centered support to residents in daily activities like eating, dressing, and hygiene, while also assisting with communication tools and ensuring access to mobility aids. They will contribute to the resident's comfort through cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual support, encouraging participation in engagement programs.
Candidates must have completed an accredited Personal Support Worker program or be an Internationally Educated Nurse with a recognized nursing degree, demonstrating skills in delivering safe, effective bedside care and simple treatments. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada and successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.
$19.10 (As per Employee Association Agreement)
