The Registered Kinesiologist will treat patients in a gym setting, working under the direction of a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to design and implement therapeutic exercise programs. Responsibilities also include completing employer assessments like PDA, POET, and FAE, and assisting with return to work planning.
Candidates must possess a degree in Kinesiology or Human Kinetics and be registered in good standing with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. Essential qualities include excellent time management, strong communication skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and empathy for building patient rapport.
