Perform routine and emergency ultrasound procedures.
Document high-quality images.
Operate and troubleshoot ultrasound and ancillary equipment.
Prepare reports of procedures and test results.
Work all shifts including standby.
Supervise student technologists.
Maintain equipment in good working condition.
Ensure smooth workflow within the department
Completion of an accredited ultrasound degree/post diploma or recognized equivalent.
Registered with College of Medical Radiation & Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO).
Credentialed member of Sonography Canada.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
Minimum two years of ultrasound experience.
Experience in general, abdominal, obstetric, gynaecological, small parts, paediatric ultrasound.
MSK experience and IPS certification are assets
